I am a Life Transition Coach with a multidisciplinary background that includes Family Constellations facilitation, Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, numerology, and astrology. My work is dedicated to supporting individuals who are navigating significant life transitions—such as personal crossroads, relational changes, career shifts, and new life phases—by integrating systemic awareness, embodied practices, and symbolic insight. Through a mentoring and coaching approach, I guide people in exploring the deeper patterns that influence their life experiences and decision-making processes. Drawing on systemic principles inspired by Family Constellations, I help bring awareness to inherited dynamics, unconscious loyalties, and relational patterns that may be impacting the present. This process allows clarity to emerge and creates space for more aligned and conscious choices. Numerology and astrology are used as reflective and orienting tools, offering symbolic perspectives on personal cycles, timing, strengths, and challenges. Rather than predictive systems, they serve as maps for self-inquiry, helping individuals recognize recurring themes, life phases, and moments of transition with greater awareness and intention. Alongside this work, I integrate body-centered practices rooted in yoga and conscious movement. My approach emphasizes breath awareness, embodied presence, and nervous-system regulation, supporting emotional balance and inner stability during periods of change. Yoga becomes a practical resource for grounding, integration, and reconnecting with inner resilience. My mentoring style is inclusive, intuitive, and person-centered, meeting individuals where they are and honoring their unique life journey.
