Daily complex operation, serving between 500 and 2000 individuals p/day, while ensuring food & security for staff, coordinating safe patient transfers, efficiently dispatching samples were some of the responsibilities. My personal and professional learning is to maintain a balance between long-term vision and daily execution, anticipation and humanizing treatment, team empowerment to have autonomous and innovative responses, active listening.
