Integration with e-payment systems, increased efficiency & productivity through process/systems analysis & deployment of internal systems on document & records management & tracking, integrated financial management, integrated human resource management, project management, general services, enforcement, cases/dispute resolution systems, audit observation/resolution, soc-med tracking and issue resolution, complains and actions tracking and resolution, etc. Established the blueprint for digitalization journey of the Department through the development of the Information Systems Strategic Plan, Digital Transformation Roadmap, Cybersecurity Roadmap and Knowledge Management Roadmap, including budgeting, planning and resource acquisition and allocation.
Institutionalized client satisfaction measurement survey, ENR statistical profiling and compiling, nationwide guidelines in consolidation and validatioon, priority ecosystem and natural capital accounting, carbon registry system conceptualization and others.
