Our role was to collaborate with A&R Representatives on building artist packages to present to record labels and once the artist/band was signed to a contract, we continued to work the label and artist/band to promote through events, radio tours and print media. Lucky Lane Productions produced multiple festivals, concerts, one off events and facilitated buy talent for clients and their events. Manage and coordinate large scale events. - Responsible for creation and implementation of new events as well as negotiation of all outside vendors, sponsors and artists. - Direct all essential personnel and crew required to put on large scale events and troubleshoot issues as they arise. - Managed all and directed equipment inventory, multiple line items per event, oversaw completion of each contract. - Manage load-in/load-out and securing of secondary equipment used at various events. - Facilitate multiple vendors and sponsors for each event depending on area and create marketing to integrate event with sponsors. - Including alcohol, department stores, car manufactures, specialty groups, etc. - Work with marketing and direct brand placement during events. - Supervised receiving, inventory control, storage, distribution and sales. - Scheduled drivers, negotiated rates and routes with truck lines/carriers.
