♦ Responsible for all HR Operations in terms of Recruitment, conducting Interviews, Policies and Procedure, Compliance, Salary, Compensation, Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Services, HRMS, Annual Vacation Leave processing, Sick Leave, Resignations, Termination, maintaining Payroll, etc.
♦ Monitors & tracks absenteeism, updating employee records, leave applications, as well as maintains the staff's working hours,ing attendance, & overtime records.
♦ Utilizes cost-effective recruitment techniques and corporate resources to handle the full recruitment cycle to achieve various recruitment goals.
♦ Ensures that all employee contracts are properly documented, filled in, & secured to maintain confidentiality, as well as ensuring salary & working conditions in the contract are clearly outlined.
♦ In charge of coordinating payroll for the entire organization & checking Oracle HRMS entries for any payroll errors.
♦ Verifies that all new employees have completed the joining formalities following the receipt of their offer letters, as well as making sure all end of service or termination paperwork have been completed for termination and resignation.
♦ In charge of handling employee grievances, work-related problems & monitor disciplinary process, as well as conduct inquires, caring the employees grievances & takes corrective actions, if necessary.
♦ Coordinates & ensures that medical examinations of employees are performed by coordinating with the company PRO, as well as ensures that the medical cards, labor cards & visas are renewed before the expiry date.
