I am a Senior Lecturer in Computing with over 30 years of international experience in higher education, specialising in Computer Science, networking, and curriculum development. I have held academic and leadership roles across the UK, Europe, and more recently in China, contributing to programme design, accreditation processes, and the delivery of innovative, student-centred teaching practices. I currently serve as a Scientific Collaborator at European University Cyprus, teaching advanced modules in wireless and mobile networks and network fundamentals, while also contributing to academic development and student support. As part of an international academic collaboration, I have been seconded to Minjiang University in Fuzhou, China, where I deliver lectures, participate in research colloquia, and contribute to cross-institutional teaching and research initiatives. My expertise spans software engineering, data analysis, networking technologies, and educational innovation, supported by a strong track record in curriculum design, academic leadership, and mentoring. I have consistently achieved high student satisfaction and have played a key role in developing technology-enhanced learning environments. Alongside my academic career, I am currently pursuing a PhD in Smart Agriculture, focusing on integrating environmental sensing and soil biochemistry to optimise plant growth. My research has led to a recent publication indexed in Scopus and Web of Science, demonstrating my contribution to interdisciplinary innovation at the intersection of artificial intelligence, IoT, and sustainable agriculture.
