In both seminars, I provided direct feedback, supported student projects, and facilitated engaging discussions to encourage participation and deeper understanding of the topics. My role involved ensuring students gained skills they could directly apply in their academic and future professional environments.

I supported the program’s evidence-based approach to improving curriculum delivery, teacher training, and student outcomes. Key Responsibilities: -Implementation Research: Conduct studies to evaluate the fidelity and effectiveness of program interventions, focusing on classroom practices and curriculum uptake. -Monitoring and Evaluation Support: Provide research expertise to enhance the program’s M&E framework, with an emphasis on learning assessments and data-driven improvements. -Tool Development: Design and refine data collection tools, including classroom observation checklists and teacher feedback mechanisms, tailored to the program’s objectives. -Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with education authorities, inspectors, and teachers to gather insights, ensuring research outputs are relevant and actionable. -Reporting and Dissemination: Synthesize findings into concise reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including USAID and Ministry counterparts. Focus Areas: -Supporting the Bridge team in understanding the unique contributions and challenges of curriculum implementation. -Providing actionable recommendations to enhance program delivery and outcomes. -Contributing to the alignment of research efforts with the program’s strategic goals. Through my work, I aim to bridge the gap between research and practice, ensuring that educational innovations are effectively implemented and evaluated to achieve meaningful impact.
