Established and executed ongoing strategies to build upon modern eCommerce experience - consistently exceeding benchmarks and goals for traffic growth, conversion improvement, and AOV increases - while providing a better shopping experience for everyone. Drove ongoing improvement to overall collection launch process - yielding ongoing efficiencies and quality improvements at an organizational level.
