From concept development to commercial launch, I took ownership of the entire process, employing innovative tools such as volume forecast tools and profit and loss analyses to ensure strategic planning and execution. Collaborating closely with innovation category project officers and sales teams, I spearheaded performance management routines for innovation projects, ensuring that initiatives were aligned with organizational goals. Regular commercialization updates were disseminated to stakeholders, providing transparency and visibility into the progress of execution. In addition to project leadership, I played a pivotal role in crafting comprehensive commercial launch plans, seeking alignment and approval from key Gatekeepers. This involved a meticulous process to guarantee that launch plans were robust and aligned with the organization's objectives. A key aspect of my role was tracking, monitoring, and reporting on all field executions, ensuring that the commercialization process proceeded according to plan. To foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement, I developed a detailed measurement and evaluation calendar specifically tailored for new product launches. This initiative provided valuable insights for refining strategies and processes in future projects.
