● Provided all sales analytics and reports for the company, representing over $55M in business
o Conducted methodical analysis monitoring forecasts, shipments and consumption on an account, channel, or market basis over multiple time periods
o Created a forecast accuracy file in Excel to monitor accuracy of the teams sales goals, in addition to incorporating the monthly sales report and demand plan file from the sales team & data from supply and enhanced the trade promotions file used by the sales team
● Continuously drove process improvements, including identifying underperforming accounts using IRI (Shopper) data and meeting with sales representatives to increase sales
o Noted promotions that were overspent and/or below the ROI threshold to provide recommendations to the Finance team and account manager for review and use in future promotions based on historical data
● Managed and developed client relationship by attending two trade round tables & best practice meetings with fellow industry leaders such as GE, Bayer and Jack Links
● Attended account meetings to prepare to lead the C-Store sales team added Q4 in 2020 to achieve a 2020 development plan goal
