• Implemented and ran the organisation under EOS, embedding a culture of accountability, clarity, and predictable operating cadence.
• Increased advertising and sponsorship revenue in two consecutive years, surpassing the 2025 revenue target of $300k.
• Secured and retained high-value industry sponsorships, including 5 platinum sponsors for the May 2026 summit, generating $50k from a single event.
• Redesigned Sales & Marketing processes, playbooks, and SOPs, improving LTV, repeat sponsorships, and commercial consistency.
