• Understanding customer insights and requirements in greater detail from clients to build value based solution
• Developing and Managing critical tender bid documentation and operational guidelines in support of complex tendering Process.
• Assist Management team in the identification of tenders to pursue contingent to relative competitiveness, workload, and capabilities.
• Achieve ambitious profitable growth targets with high focus on Market Share , Customer Share and Profits. • Worked closely with procurement team of client to understand buying behaviour of clients and budget of customer • Monthly review & Analyzing the Sales report/ Dashboard, Performing analysis on the Margins, revenues and costs • Roadmap Assessment & Opportunity Prioritization. • To work on Sales forecasting. • Building reference network. • Coordinating with relevant departments for order fulfilment, to resolve customer complaints and assuring excellent customer service. • Inventory and Receivables management • Ensure the deal is closed from the enquiry generation till the Payment collections
