Deliver leadership in the creation of innovative brand concepts in terms of multi-category product portfolio, product value proposition, pricing strategy, competitive landscape analysis, and stakeholder investment. Establish and consistently deliver upon a brand vision that differentiates and propels the business forward. Work collaboratively to maintain P&L and annual budgets while in operation. Key Accomplishments:
-Successfully established the Luxury Chocolate Retail Division for the group; researched, identified, and sourced partnerships to set up a central production factory, producing artisan chocolate. -Fully developed two homegrown luxury brands launched in 2016 and 2017 with six retail store locations across the UAE.
-Participated in an engagement study by Hays Group that was conducted across all MHG sectors (more than 1,500 people). My team of 70 scored higher than any other team (93%) in engagement, happiness, overall understanding, and capability within their work.
-Invested time in talent; recruited and mentored teams of 70 for continuous training, performance enhancements, and career development.
