• Meeting with prospective customers for any new business opportunity & delivering Presentations. • Checking feasibility of product and submitting quote.
• Negotiating prices & commercial terms independently with buyers.
• Collection of delivery schedule from all export customers of Europe, USA & Japan (i.e. Yamaha Motors –Spain, Italy, France, Piaggio–Italy, Spain, Polaris –USA & Tokai Rica- Japan, etc.)
• Compiling customer’s schedule and planning daily /weekly & monthly dispatches.
• Releasing dispatch plan to manufacturing units for production of goods.
• Conducting weekly meeting with production units for timely execution of dispatch plan.
• Collection of outstanding payment from customers.
• Preparing monthly MIS for Sale, Sale loss, Premium freight.
• Data analysis to monitor annual Budget Vs Actual Sale.
