Jul. 2010 - Jul. 2011Banbury12 month internship at the Research, Development and Quality Coffee Centre of Excellence, Banbury, in the Consumer Science Department. Objectives included:
• Evaluating and optimising internal discrimination testing involving chemical analysis; • Evaluating and optimising assessing tasting panel performance and composition. • Supporting the Sensory Team in their numerous functions including attending tastings, analysing descriptive analysis, coffee preparation and executing sensory tests.
