Initiate and maintain partnerships with foundations, educational organizations, and corporations to improve organizational sustainability. Oversee the financial management of projects and programs, including developing, tracking, and managing the departmental budget as well as researching and applying for foundation, corporate, and government grants and support. One of my greatest achievements so far has been developing our Youth Protection Policy which incorporated background checks for managers and volunteers as well as comprehensive training to ensure the safety of our participants.

Oversaw 10 regional tournaments and a state championship that included more than 350 teams and 1900 participants. Ensured organizational sustainability via fundraising, customer retention and recruitment, budgeting and cost management, and grant writing. One of my greatest achievements during my time here was co-leading the development of a 5-year strategic plan with a focus on increasing the number of participants, diversifying and increasing fundraising income, and creating a volunteer space of appreciation.
