Apr. 2020 - Feb. 2024Actively participate as a valued member of the regional management team and be responsible for translating business priorities into talent, engagement&culture, and organization plans that impact the wider organization. Partner with corporate, local, and Center of Excellence (CoE) HR team members to drive change in talent and business teams. 1. Translate business agendas and objectives into a strategic HR roadmap, with supporting initiatives and action plans while garnering support/ownership for that roadmap within the organization. 2. Coach business leaders on people related matters including talent assessment, development and succession, organization effectiveness, and high-performing team characteristics. 3. Design, monitor, and measure HR metric/KPIs dashboards to facilitate change and drive key insights and decisions that support growth and retention. 4. Play a leadership role in the design and execution of business restructures, critical workforce planning initiatives and identify critical succession planning needs. 5. Enhance employee development & management throughout the year by providing coaching, mentoring and timely feedback; design fit-for-purpose goal setting agendas including 360 performance evaluations and overseeing the formal performance review and calibration process. 6. Mentor HRBP Team members on employee development best practices to support business needs, including mentorship, development, retention, and promotion of diverse employees. 7. Champion HR initiatives to support Diversity & Inclusion throughout the organization including the roll out action plans and guide leaders regarding mentorship, development, and promotion of diverse employees. 8. Facilitate communication, collaboration and engagement across all areas of the business.
