Jan. 2014 - Dec. 2018New York, NYAs the SharePoint and Office 365 Manager, I have developed various solutions that leveraged out of the box functionality and customized development in SharePoint Designer. In 2017, I was certified by New York State to deliver SharePoint training, developing and delivering introductory and advanced learning sessions for Office 365, One Drive and SharePoint Online. To these ends the SharePoint Systems Manager applies project management expertise to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings using the full spectrum of the SharePoint platform by facilitating business conversations, document requirements, user acceptance testing (UAT), as well as configure and troubleshoot SharePoint sites, security, forms and workflows. Specific technical experience includes: 1. SharePoint 2010, 2013, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Office 365; 2. SharePoint production support experience; 3. SharePoint Designer workflows; 4. ArcGIS Online. Key Duties & Responsibilities: • Work with end users and business analysts to understand and document business functional requirements and customize out of the box SharePoint sites to suit business needs; • Perform SharePoint development and build custom workflows using SharePoint Designer; • Ensure project scope and objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters; • Develop high-quality solutions using SharePoint, leveraging out of the box capabilities and appropriate customization approaches; • Produce best-practice-based configurations of SharePoint objects; • Produce detailed specifications that can be used by implementation teams as the reference for all foundational elements of the solution. (e.g., page layouts, components, content types); • Clearly explain complex technical ideas to non-technical team members and client stakeholders in a way that is understandable and appropriate.
