I am a biotechnology specialist with a Ph.D. in Biotechnology and Biosafety and over a decade of academic and industrial experience spanning molecular biology, microbial technologies, biosensors, and advanced analytical instrumentation. My research has primarily focused on aptamer-based detection systems, microbial encapsulation, and bioactive material development, particularly within the context of food safety, agriculture, and medical biotechnology. Throughout my career, I have worked as an R&D specialist in multiple biotechnology companies, where I contributed to a diverse range of projects—from the production of cosmetic and pharmaceutical biomaterials to the development of next-generation microbial fertilizers. My hands-on experience includes bioreactor optimization, genomic DNA extraction, bacterial cell line management, microbial load analysis, and the formulation of bioactive wound dressings. I have also actively participated in the design, execution, and reporting of TÜBİTAK- and KOSGEB-funded national R&D projects, and have been involved in GMP-compliant production environments aligned with ISO and MDR standards. Academically, I have authored peer-reviewed publications in international journals and presented my findings at national and international scientific congresses. I possess strong proficiency in a wide range of laboratory and analytical techniques, including HPLC, PCR, SEM, TGA, FT-IR, zeta potential analysis, and real-time fluorescence spectroscopy. These capabilities are further supported by my competence in data analysis software such as GraphPad Prism, OriginPro, SPSS, and bioinformatics tools including NCBI and BLAST.
