My role was to support the Head of Sales growing new business and act as Account Manager for all 70 clients, through the full service lifecycle and to organise a broad range of corporate events for the business. Clients included The Cooperative, New Look, Ocado, Superdry and Lloyds Bank. Key Accountabilities: • Supported pitch processes, including presentation preparation and app demonstration to clients
• Responsible for on-boarding of new clients
• Acted as first line support to all retained clients, resolving issues and queries where possible and drafting in specialist support as required to deliver a seamless client experience
• Established an effective feedback channel to continually adapt and improve service to clients
• Reported on contact trends and issues to support a culture of continuous improvement
• Responsible for the development and delivery of all user training internally and externally
• Ensured client records were up to date and accurate to ensure the smooth running of the account
• Contributed to strategic development
• Delivery of a weekly Group newsletter
• Project managed the delivery of large scale events for the Tulchan Group for up to 100 participants, ranging from gala dinners to charity events
