Nov. 2022- Fraud Investigation & Dispute Resolution: Preparing supporting documentation for fraud cases, processing disputes and chargebacks, and resolving alerts from Ethoca, Verifi, Kount, and RDR. Oversee a team of analysts, auditing their work and ensuring accurate case reporting in the system.
- Merchant Support: Responding to merchant inquiries regarding chargebacks and refunds.
- System Administration: Managing multiple payment processing portals (Merlink, CB911, Transaction Services, Payment World, Netevia/Signapay, PayPal, Klaviyo, Authorize.net, Shopify) and CRM systems (Konnektive, Sticky, Checkout Champ), including password resets and new portal requests. Provide training and guidance to team members on system usage and best practices.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generating weekly reports on chargebacks, disputes, alerts, and RDR data, and conducting audit analysis of chargebacks flagged in the CRM. Supervise the data collection and reporting process, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Vendor Management: Enrolling merchants with Ethoca and Verifi, and managing domain/email creation via Namecheap.
- Invoicing and Billing - Preparing weekly invoicing. Oversee the invoicing process, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
