Initially hired as a Marketing specialist and in that capacity created the company’s website using a WIX Web Design platform and successfully set up lead generation through the website, Home Advisor, Angie's List, and Google. ♦ Manage an office intern, the Logistics & Material Coordination Manager, and over 25 vendor relationships with licensed union subcontractors for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work. ♦ Create project bids, provide customized client proposals, close sales, manage construction projects, and administer project budgets up to $250K each. ♦ Developed and launched a strong sales pipeline for construction services with online/digital marketing that delivers 30-40 quality leads each monthly with a healthy conversion rate. ♦ Ensure all project team members follow strict federal, state, and local regulatory guidelines, permitting, and safety requirements. ♦ Communicate through the project’s life span with operations, installers, material vendors, and the client to ensure proficient and timely project execution.
