I led all contract negotiations, renewals, and terminations, achieving corporate goals of reducing partner overhead while fostering brand loyalty — maintaining a 100% partner retention rate over a decade and multiple renegotiation cycles. I directed cross-functional teams to deliver high-profile collaborations and partnerships, overseeing end-to-end execution from trend research and target identification through contract negotiation, program delivery, and KPI measurement. Strategic partnerships included marquee brands such as Disney, JCPenney, Rifle Paper Co., Justina Blakeney, and Emily Henderson, directly enhancing brand equity and revenue growth. Additionally, I architected and operationalized Shutterfly’s comprehensive photography sourcing strategy, aligning with evolving brand identity, diversity and inclusion targets, and product expansion initiatives. Under my leadership, the sourcing program grew from fewer than 10 partners to 50+, increasing the internal asset library by 5x and fostering cross-collaboration between C-level executives, marketing, legal, creative, and merchandising.
