Implement systems upgrades and IT infrastructure changes in line with IOM ICT Standards and in close coordination with the Information Technology and Communications Service Centre in Manila. Install systems, network components, and software, recommending solutions to local technical constraints. Ensure data and system integrity by setting up the administrating IT security systems: anti-virus, backup routines, access controls, firewall and physical security. On-site and remote support at Transit Centre and Field Sub-Offices. User account management on premise server and later on migration to exchange online in line with implementation of serverless project. SharePoint site creation for Kenya Country Office for all departments, user training on the same. Continuous end user training on introduction of emerging technologies adopted by the organization such as O365, OneDrive, SharePoint. Azure storage project implementation for migration of SharePoint sites; creation of AAD Groups for better user management on Azure with regards to access and permissions. Migration from Cisco to Meraki Switches.
