• Handling new client acquisitions and upscaling of existing accounts through cross-selling/upselling
• Driving entire sales process - Lead generation, prospect qualification, proposal submission, negotiation, conversion, and post sales delivery support in collaboration with central marketing and supply chain team
• Single POC for new SKU development, sample approvals, logistics alignment, quality control and payment reconciliation for all portfolio customers
• Ensuring consistent growth in top line and bottom line from accounts along with maintaining a healthy cash conversion cycle Key Assignments/Initiatives:
• Secured high-value accounts through consultative selling, effective customer solutions and promoting compelling business opportunities;20+ acquisitions done over a period of 12 months with industry focus across FMCG, FMCD, Ecommerce, Aviation, and PPE.
• Increased revenue growth from INR 0.1 Cr to INR 1.5 Cr quarterly by the end of 4 quarters of previous calendar year.
• More than 100% Sales Quota Achievement for 3 months in the FY'20; Won 3 Awards for outstanding performance and achieved top rating in annual appraisal cycle.
• Devised sales strategies/ account ideations to explore opportunities in design, development and procurement in existing accounts.
Identified potential accounts and on-boarded 4 clients for company's SaaS based procurement platform along with giving them post adoption support.
• Mapped relevant CXO level stakeholders and initiated engagements through various online and offline channels; Acquired 4 new clients for procurement services.
