Oct. 2023Los Angeles, California, United StatesTrustee Experience * Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the Trustee experience and support organizational objectives. * Manage the digital infrastructure to ensure it provides Trustees an engaging and informative experience. * Establish and maintain feedback mechanisms to facilitate better engagement and understanding between Trustees and the organization. * Support the creation of Trustee agenda documentation, including templates for agendas and supporting information.
* Coordinate the development of internal hub structures for committees, facilitating presentations, activity tracking, and requests. * Help foster a collaborative and positive relationship-building dynamic with internal staff and external parties Projects * Develop and support the implementation of project-driven initiatives, including the processes and milestones. * Identify and manage project risks by addressing and resolving potential obstacles as they arise. * Collaborate with other Project managers on the team, including support and cross-training. * For larger organization-wide projects, work with the wider HR team to lead the development, implementation, and assessment of strategies and programs. * Create the change management process plans for key initiatives. Administrative Provide a range of administrative support to the CEO and CFO on an as-needed basis:
* CEO Calendar: Manage the CEO’s calendar, including the scheduling of meetings, offsite appointments, and teleconferences, and proactively maintain the calendar on a daily basis. * Arrange onsite and offsite non-Trustee meetings for the CEO; this includes coordinating dates and logistics, providing agendas to attendees, and generally liaising with attendees. * Draft and/or edit correspondence, memos, reports, and emails directly and on behalf of the CEO. This also includes the proofreading and summarizing of documents.
