I focus on building and maintaining lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations to drive growth and satisfaction. I maintain effective fiscal oversight by monitoring key performance metrics such as admissions, Medicare percentage, and referral rejections. Additionally, I collaborate closely with Clinical Managers to provide guidance and support to field employees, fostering a strong, communicative, and high-performing team environment.
