. Full-Cycle Recruitment Oversight
. Manage all recruitment phases, ensuring a streamlined, consistent process from sourcing to onboarding for roles at all levels. Strategic Talent Acquisition:
. Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company’s workforce planning, diversity goals, and long-term objectives. Team Leadership & Development:
. Hire, train, and coach Recruiters and Supervisors, fostering continuous growth and high performance.
Vendor & Job Board Management:
. Optimize resources through strategic relationships with job boards, staffing agencies, and recruitment software providers, ensuring maximum ROI. Data-Driven Recruitment:
. Use recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, quality of hire) to refine processes, providing regular performance reports and insights to leadership.
. Enhancing Candidate Experience:
. Ensure a seamless, positive candidate journey from application to onboarding, with a focus on timely communication and engagement. Compliance & Best Practices:
. Maintain recruitment compliance with labor laws and internal policies, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout hiring practices. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
. Partner with department heads to forecast staffing needs and tailor recruitment strategies to meet evolving organizational goals.
