Fully responsible for the entirety of all business development, strategic growth and retention within my region. Communication is the absolute key to a successful lifestyle sales environment. • Personally increased turnover and profitability within the region during my first 11 months with the company by 177.5% compared to the previous FY record held by my predecessor, prior to joining. • Delivered in excess of 170% of my target sales budget for my first full financial year with the company (2015/16) which had been heavily inflated and forecast at almost double that of the highest actual budget ever achieved during the previous FY record held by my predecessor, prior to joining, based on my initial performance. • Personally delivered and exceeded an increasing annual budget, in excess of three quarters of a million, continually and consistently since my first full year with the company, whilst also strategically improving margins within the business, year on year. Responsible for Business Development within my region - Identifying new clients, building new business relationships and retaining existing clients by delivering exceptional customer service. Conducting consultations and presentations with new and existing clients. Conducting detailed technical surveys, producing drawings, measurements & quotations. Managing and coordinating my support team to assist with related sales administration, warranty, and after sales services. Managing and coordinating the whole concept from start to finish; from the initial enquiry, the consultation and brief, the technical survey, design and quotation, negotiation, the sales order, and finally installation.
