Operations Rookie of the Year 2021 • Enhanced nationwide operational efficiency by spearheading the implementation of Offline KYC Channels, seamlessly integrating a low-code application through Google Appsheet. Crafted an end-to-end portal that served as a tool for application submission, to the screening process, to the approval or rejection of these applications, all the way to the SMS notifications received by the customers of their final application status. This solution was fully utilized and embraced by partner vendors, who facilitated the fulfillment of over 45,400 of our customers' KYC applications on-the-ground and nationwide in just 3 months after operationalization. • Crafted the training materials for these partner vendors, including infographics detailing the distinctions between do's and don'ts, a guide on discerning counterfeit IDs, and a coveted checklist of customer requirements, meticulously curated to ensure the seamless application process. • Built a dynamic and real-time updated dashboard using Google Data Studio to visualize the KRAs and KPIs of the KYC Operations team. This meticulously crafted tool played a pivotal role in facilitating data analysis and the continuous monitoring of these key metrics. This instrumental advancement endowed our team with the means to make informed decisions and maintain operational excellence efficiently.
