FlipChief Executive Officer
Nov. 2023London, England, United KingdomAt Flip our offering is deliberately very simple and concise we operate in 3 situations: Launch Grow Transform Launch We launch great ideas that we or other people have. We put in the expertise and resources in the difficult and uncertain initial 1-2 years; we build BAU capability with the host organisation (organiser or venue) and we hand over once stable. Grow We grow small shows and launches that have great potential that for one reason or another have not yet scaled. We are growth experts and will almost always find a path to growth. Transform We transform and reset plateau-ing or declining market-favourites. Most events hit a plateau after a certain period of success. Without intervention, decline often follows. This can be for a variety of reasons and sometimes difficult to determine. E.g. Technology disruption Competitor / rival success Failure to rebound from the pandemic etc. In terms of our capability, we offer 2 service offerings: Strategy & Product Development – market research, market sizing, business plan development Execution – Flip has a roster of 30+ associates who cover all disciplines of event management and execution. We have worked for all of the major organisers’ worldwide and have written blueprints for all processes and activities in event production.
