Facilitate workshops and design curricula for DEI, conflict management, workplace communication, and board governance courses.
Develop training systems and programs using evidence-based data (quantitative and qualitative) for stakeholders based on their human capital, recruitment, retention, and strategic planning needs.
Coach, train, and develop stakeholders, members, and community on nonprofit and collective impact strategy, innovation, program management, capacity building and business planning.
Created eleven diverse affinity groups across multiple identities including Nashville’s first nonprofit DEI Collective Impact Collaborative that is home to 450+ organizations, 600+ people through a partnership with Nashville, TN Metro Government. Over 90% of these organizations are minority led and include multiple identities.
Serve as DEI subject matter expert for all CNM partnerships and collaboratives involving human resources, employee resource groups, workforce development, social innovation, and higher education.
Oversees CNM’s earned income, including strategic business development and budgeting
Champion emerging collaboratives that prioritize systems change and are driving towards community outcomes and lead efforts to increase understanding and skills for systems change among nonprofits. Foster a community culture that accelerates progress on our community’s complex problems through cross-sector partnerships, systems improvement strategies, and collective action.
Serve on the Executive Leadership Team, and works with the Board of Directors and other staff to set the strategy and ensure the overall success of the organization.
