Key responsibilities were to achieve a predefined number of bookings and member contacts on a daily and monthly basis. As a VSC, was part of various teams – exclusive team that catered to the services of members belonging to 2 particular Resort Groups, renewals team, and member onboarding and retention team. In April 2017, was offered a lateral promotion to work as a Coordinator in the Affiliate Services team as part of Client Servicing in the Business Development department. Managed various accounts (affiliates &resorts) in terms of member enrolments, additional inventory, maintaining strong relations with affiliates in order to achieve team targets and drive revenue. Responsible for communication between internal and external customers, handling and resolving check-in issues and queries.
My key responsibilities as a Coordinator: Maintaining good rapport with resorts/affiliates by assisting in member enrolments, updating resort profile/information, adding inventory, thus assisting in completion of financial targets of the larger BD team. Ensuring timely completion of daily tasks to ensure customer satisfaction with minimal to zero error. Arranging alternates, providing solutions for check-in issues from members, booking related queries from sales team with minimal to zero compensation payout to unhappy customers. Updating resort information from time to time, with a clear description of the concerned aspect to avoid confusion and set the right expectations.
My achievements: Assisted in an important initiative to enhance NPS ratings, contributing to an increase in scores from 38 to 42 within a year. Helped in the clean up the active database of members, to ensure unique contacts, hence, contributing to be able to reach out to maximum number members. Updated GST information for 100+ resorts in July 2017 within a span of 2 days.
