Assistant Brand Manager 2002-2004; Trade Marketing and Strategy Analyst 2004-2006 (support 5 key national accounts and top 15 markets). Documented product development/commercialization process. Wrote Brand Standards Manual for core Tampico brand and Tampico Fruit Punches product line. Wrote market development strategy for Tampico Light. Wrote presentation for CEO for Beverage Industry New Products Conference: Challenges for Successful New Product Launches. Consumer trends, overcoming the reduction of available distribution alternatives, working in new retail landscape, defining success. Streamlined and managed both scheduled and ad-hoc creative projects. Company designed and oversaw production of all its own creative materials, from trade-show booths, sell sheets, POS merchandising, truck graphics, and billboards. Alleviated traffic in department by integrating with Kwikee online graphics library. Active role in developing and launching website, new packaging (20z, multipack, shrink-wrapped bottles), new flavors (berry, lemonade, grape, apple, kiwi/strawberry) and exploring new product categories (licuados, flavored waters).
