I was responsible for leading a team of 20 direct and indirect reports to achieve organisational goals. Furthermore, I create and control annual budget of + € 13 million. To target a larger population, I created and executed sponsorship and partnership programs across the firm. I worked with industry, general business, the media, and local publications to promote the firm and its values, resulting in national and worldwide visibility. I used tactics to increase revenue while also improving customer loyalty, brand identification, and competitive position. Key Achievements:
