Proposed & implemented new or revised training and/or training procedures, work processes, or other organizational changes that improve RO training & enhance organizational performance. Reviewed, analyzed, & evaluated division reports & statistical data, to include such items as workload, productivity, effectiveness, FTE, to advise RO management on trends, out of line situations & anticipated training needs. Possess a comprehensive knowledge of the RO’s business lines’ operations to assure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, policies, & procedures. Knowledge of the Department’s operations, objectives, & policies along with an in-depth understanding of management techniques, systems, & procedures to effectively complete a wide variety of studies & projects related to training improvement, controls & long- range planning. Conducted studies to determine immediate & long-range training needs, analyzes information obtained, & gave recommendations to the Director & RO managers. Identified & determined training priorities, created & conducted surveys, provide training, administer programs & maintained employee records. Ensured consistency & quality among the Division training activities with national training policies. Identified & consolidated training needs throughout the RO, analyzed data, and costs & determined RO requirements. Responsible for review, analysis, reporting & development of recommendations to the Director to ensure effectiveness of training consistent with nationwide policy.
