Atlanta Downtown Improvement DistrictLead Service Designer
Jan. 2025 - Mar. 2025Atlanta, Georgia, United StatesSCAD Collaboration to redesign Downtown Atlanta information and wayfinding services in preparation for FIFA World Cup in 2026. Our team designed a digital kiosk, an information booth to be manned by Downtown Ambassadors, an extension of ADID's existing branding, and an implementation strategy. I led efforts in community ecosystem and stakeholder mapping, holistic service blueprinting, business success strategy, and roadmapping implementation of our designed system leading up to FIFA 2026. I also designed and CAD modeled our information booth for improved Ambassador support. This work was presented to an audience of ADID, Discover Atlanta, and mixed SCAD guests.

Along with developing personas, journeys, and service blueprints, I also worked to tie in the needs of the surrounding community through developing a program offering vocational skills to those seeking career support. After the culmination of the project, I was one of 8 students invited to speak about this initiative at the Mayor's State of the City Address 2025.
