Regularly reporting delivery progress to IT Steering Committees, Programme Boards and Corporate Leadership Boards, providing recommendations in the management of programme risks, issues and dependencies. Having direct management of the project management team, leading staff in terms of behaviours, commitment and methods, providing clear objectives for the team and staff individually. Working closely with the corporate management team and project sponsors to identify business requirements, develop appropriate business cases and manage the various aspects of project development to produce an IT Security Roadmap that underpinned business strategies. Projects included, 2FA, privilege access management, host-based firewalls, data loss prevention, information security management, software asset management, security Incident and event logs management.
