Most recently, my role was to manage a $2B+ art collection within a multi-billion-dollar single family office, overseeing all aspects of operations, risk, and compliance. I led cross-functional coordination amongst various internal and external stakeholders in order to execute complex transactions, maintain data integrity, and ensure alignment with required tax and insurance frameworks. I also drove process optimization through reporting, workflow design, and project management across the lifecycle of various special asset classes. Prior to the family office, I served as a risk and compliance consultant to top Financial Services and Technology clients, advising on regulatory strategy, operational risk frameworks, and post-merger integration. Assisted on several multi-workstream projects with a focus on process design initiatives to enhance issue management, RCSA programs, and regulatory compliance. Contributed to over $10M in new business through RFP support and thought leadership, while also leading group-wide learning and development initiatives.
