Jan. 2012 - Jul. 2014San Francisco, CA▪ Created, managed and executed public relations campaigns for digital and retail videogames, both solo and in partnership with a Senior PR professional. ▪ Worked with both domestic and international cross-functional teams including members from Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Product Development, Community Development etc. ▪ Planned for multi-product and corporate media events (e.g. E3, NY Fashion Week) with responsibilities that included: creation of invitations, press outreach and follow up, media invite lists, scheduling and staffing media interviews and overseeing RSVPs. ▪ Supporting team member for large-scale media events including: Ubisoft’s E3 Press Conference, Just Dance NY Fashion Show, Just Dance launch party, Assassin’s Creed pirate ship at San Diego Comic Con, Game Developers Conference Media Dinner, and various award show gifting lounges (American Music Awards etc.). ▪ Researched, wrote and edited all press materials including press releases, fact sheets, pitch letters, Q&As, media alerts, speaking points and presentations. ▪ Created b-roll packages, press kits, satellite media tours, and broadcast story pitches. ▪ Delivered concise, timely and informative reporting on press activities, coverage, opportunities, successes and press feedback to internal constituents. Provided post-mortem analysis and competitive analysis. ▪ Created and maintained a variety of targeted media lists using Cision and developed a master list of media contacts for use as a shared team resource. ▪ Managed all corporate and product award submissions, including tracking nominations and wins.
