As a Commercial Account Executive, I make a difference to our customers, both from a workload and cost savings perspective and by keeping cyber criminals out. Protecting people, data, and brands from today’s advanced threats and compliance risks is satisfying and rewarding on both a personal and professional level.
• Generating leads via cold calling, emailing and working with certified partners.
• Sell to organizations that have trouble with targeted attacks.
• Introduce Proofpoint's "People-Centric Approach to Security" to net new prospects and existing customers.
• Work with companies to protect their email gateway, follow compliance policies, ensure awareness around training their employees properly & finally deliver the best email security in the industry.
• Create and deliver quotes to prospects who are in the market for a new solution.
• Team up with certified partners like CDW, SHI, AT&T, Insight Global & Optiv to ensure the customer is getting an affordable solution and is comfortable with making the purchase with a built relationship.
• Strategize with my engineer on how to help net new prospects solve their cyber security issues, deliver intro calls and GUI demos.
• Working with SMB organizations in the Indiana and Detroit Metropolitan areas.
• Create reports in Salesforce Protecting the #1 Threat Vector: Email in this digital age. SAAS Cybersecurity Sales to customers in the Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, North and South Dakota, and Wisconsin regions with emphasis on the Financial Services Sector. Products include Gartner Leading, World Class Email Protection, Security Awareness Training, Cloud Application Security, Information and Data Protection, Digital Risk, Archiving and Compliance, Insider Threat Management, and Secure Connectivity.
