Due to our strong hiring strategy execution and our new "make or buy" sourcing model we made 1800+ hires. Reduced cycle times from 47 days to 35 days. reduced our costs, increased our acceptance ratio to 88%. 40+ % of our hires came through the referral program and partnered with Motorola foundation to start a scholarship program at the top tier Universities.
