As a part of the role, I was responsible for the Talent Acquisition strategy for APAC to support growth in new countries such as China, Philippines, and Australia defining the branding strategy for APAC using both traditional and non – traditional channels, based on the skill differentials. Managed Stake Holders and change management across businesses while rolling out new initiatives and programs. Lead Talent Acquisition activity basis market Intelligence across the region. Developed University relationships and alternative avenues for Talent Acquisition. Developed a new recruitment model for International to support scalability and flexibility for volume and niche skill hiring. As a part of the model introduced an RPO in the Philippines and managed the transition. Significant improvement in Key hiring Indicators such as productivity, Time to fill, cost of hire, source mix, Recruiter productivity. Lead an initiative to save USD 2.2 Million in recruitment for 2011. Basis my past experience managed 4 acquisitions across APAC. From due diligence and Integration perspective and Lead 1 through to integration.
