President- Personal Health Coaching
Dimensions WellnessPresident- Personal Health Coaching
Dec. 2012 - Apr. 2016Louisville, KYDimensions Wellness: Support and Coaching for Women's Health Empowerment was born out of my own personal struggles with 18 years of chronic pain and the journey I took to completely dissipate that pain in my life. My return to vitality and a pain free life has given me the best health in my entire life - physically, mentally and spiritually. This has led me to want to help other women manage their care through a unique approach to managing traditional medicine, alternative therapies, nutrition, exercise, hands on therapies, and personalized coaching. My biggest strategy with clients is to teach them to slow down and listen to what their own bodies are telling them. My services offered include complimentary health history evaluation, 6 month programs and beyond, private health coaching, group health coaching, public speaking, writing, hands on Yamuna body rolling consultation, Yamuna foot fitness consultation, group Yamuna classes, and workshops. Since December 2012 I have co-authored over 8 books through the Professional Women Network ranging in topic from devotional, health and wellness, confidence, and skills for young professional women. I currently have two more co-authoring chapters in the works and a private book about mental health co-authored by my father. Our private book project will entail our family experiences coping with mental health challenges and how to overcome them. I love learning about integrative health care, wellness, nutrition and exercise. I love people and I love seeing them live their lives as their healthiest selves, fulling their purpose and enriching their relationships. Their is no aspect of life that wellness doesn't touch in a persons world. I would love to use my interest in this field combined with my knowledge of marketing.

Jun. 2009 - Dec. 2012Do you know what's in the products you purchase at the grocery or big box stores? After spending 4 years studying chemistry and chemical engineering I became a skeptical consumer. I know about how chemicals affect our health and environment. Now I spend time educating consumers about what toxins are in their everyday products, regardless of where you choose to shop it's great information and could help someone you love that suffers from asthma, allergies, eczema, MS, migraines, high blood pressure or high cholesterol.

Crossroads Ford LincolnVice President - General Manager
Aug. 2008 - Jun. 2017Frankfort, KYWorking in the automotive business from a young age I have learned all aspects of the business and have completed the prestigious National Automobile Dealers - Dealer Academy. After several successful and profitable years of running the business as the General Manager we brought in a new partner and co-owner so that I could move from Frankfort to Louisville, KY to be closer to my family's day to day activities. I have innovated our marketing initiatives including brand development, integrated marketing, public relations, website management and developmental design, internet marketing, and special projects. I have also managed: our lead process development and implementation, operated as the training director, worked in sales management, finance and insurance manager, sales, new car management. My experience as a general manager of our company included managing several million dollars of inventory and assets, as well as thorough evaluation and analyzation of statistical data for our market and sales forecasts. During this time our business experienced growth year-over-year. I also have experience in the service lane, as our in-house IT person, and am the administrator and resident expert in Reynolds & Reynolds. My experience over the years has included managing and successful implementation of simultaneous technological improvements with multiple department coordination. I have always been the catalyst for change and continuous improvement. Due to this tenacity for growth I am familiar with virtually every aspect of a successful and profitable automobile dealership. What I enjoy most about my years in the car business is that there are always new things to learn and ways to stimulate my brain, grow in my relationships, and become more knowledgeable.
Manager - Sales and Finance
Crossroads Ford LincolnManager - Sales and Finance
Jul. 2004 - Aug. 2008Frankfort, KYAs a manager in this position I began building relationships with the community through public relations, and events. Moving into creating our internet department involved managing and merchandising our inventory online. I also selected, negotiated, trained and implemented a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for all of our salespeople. I oversaw customer internet leads, evaluated and assessed customer needs to set, hold and oversee appointments. I maintained our marketing presence and branding of our dealership online with multiple vendors, negotiated contracts and managed several projects and overall dealership system upgrade implementations. During this time I was also trained at the CNA National Warranty headquarters on selling Finance and Insurance products. This position involved quickly building rapport with customers, evaluating multiple funding sources to meet customer needs as well as provide profit for the dealership. I also spent a significant amount of time closing sales deals. From the finance office I also learned to desk deals, motivate sales staff, appraise cars, and drive traffic with varied marketing initiatives. Throughout this time period I helped to set achievable growth goals for our staff and company, improved efficiency through technology upgrades, and worked to develop strategic goals to take us to the next level.
Student Engineer
Kentucky Pollution PreventionStudent Engineer
Mar. 2001 - Mar. 2002Louisville, Kentucky AreaAs a chemical engineering student at Kentucky Pollution Prevention Center I helped prepare for pollution prevention, energy, and efficiency audits. The work involved my heavy collegiate science and math background, statistical calculations, projections, and usage data for our business clients. Researching resources for our varied industrial clients took a considerable amount of my time. I was also a co-author on the first version of the Healthcare Guide to Pollution Prevention Implementation Through Environmental Management Systems. This manual was given to hospitals as a way to reduce their significant impact on the environment. This role helped me to further my experience analyzing data and setting reachable goals for our customers based on their current performance metrics and finding opportunities in their businesses for efficiency.
Moisson Fellow - Chemical Research
National Science Foundation (NSF)Moisson Fellow - Chemical Research
Jun. 1999 - Aug. 1999Tuscaloosa, Alabama AreaIn between my sophomore and junior years of college I was chosen by the National Science Foundation as a Moisson Fellow to be paid to do research and draft scientific publication submissions at the University of Alabama Chemistry Department. The honor of this opportunity was based on my previous two years of summer research with the Chemistry department chair at my small college. I was also selected over several other summer fellows to work with the Department Chair and his team on their research and development of products for a major chemical company. This work involved countless reiterations and verification of chemical substance properties and their interactions, stability, and viability for products in development through the use of an inert-dry box, mass spectrometer, nuclear magnetic resonance imaging, and gas chromatography. The project required deep publication research, statistical evaluations and technical writing skills. My work on the project helped to move forward the publication of valuable research and development, that eventually led to a patent for the client of the University. It was the beginning of my ability to collaborate and assimilate complicated scientific materials that could be more easily understood by not only scientific minds, but also multi-level corporate executives. I was honored to be selected as part of that team of incredible minds.
