Nov. 2024 - May. 2025Lisbon, Portugal- Led the end-to-end production process for global photo and video shoots, ensuring on-brand, on-time, and on-budget execution while managing a cross-functional team of designers, art directors, copywriters, and external partners. - Managed the entire creative team (20+ people), overseeing internal talents (photographers, graphic designers, art directors, and copywriters) as well as external production partners to deliver high- impact content across all brand touchpoints. - Acted as the brand guardian, working directly with the CCO to identify and address gaps in brand identity, ensuring a cohesive, authentic, and differentiated visual and narrative direction. - Developed and implemented operational frameworks, including production roadmaps, RACI models, and budget-tracking systems, optimizing creative workflows and achieving 5x faster, more cost-efficient content production. - Managed content strategy and execution across retail, wholesale, and DTC channels, aligning creative output with business objectives while ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders and partners. - Drove efficiency in productions by reducing content duplication and implementing smart, integrated production strategies, and optimized asset storage solutions to enhance scalability and accessibility, ensuring seamless toolkit organization and distribution.
