Undertook major research into the title's readership, which identified digitisation of their role, the service providers and new responsibilities the readership would undertake. As a result redeveloped the title to ensure it was providing vital information for an audience that was in transition. Selected as a member of the VNU Business Publications transformation team. Following the acquisition of VNU Business Publications by Incisive Media was chosen to be part of the transition team ensuring the acquisition and adoption of new business practices was successful and respected best practices and culture developed by VNU. As Deputy Editor the role required being on-site with Prospect Pictures, working closely with my fellow Deputy Editor and the editor at Sky headquarters. The Deputy Editor role required a multi-platform media approach, as a writer, editor, producer and researcher creating and editing web content. Took the opportunity to script, produce and direct 16 items for a magazine TV show.
