Mar. 2021 - Jun. 2021• Handle sourcing of a wide range of engineers with skills ranging from DevOps, Front-End programmers, Full-Stack programmers, BackEnd Programmers, Network Engineers, System Engineers with competencies around M365, Azure e.t.c • Build candidate pipeline via cold calling and establishing relationships with prospective employees. • Build job descriptions in conjunction with hiring managers. • Handle tasks relating to screening selecting and submitting candidates profiles to clients according to their various specifications. • Source potential candidates via cold calls and emails, job sites and referrals. • Use market survey information to negotiate current rates with senior management and future candidates. • Responsible for preparing candidates for interviews • Liaise with hiring managers to develop, source, place and resolve their IT people needs. • Remedied difficult positions and source, identify, attract, secure and close hard-to-find candidates • Involved in offer management and pre-employment process management, including reference checks
