Also accountable for capture activity: scanning markets, seeking out opportunities, and positioning solutions ahead of formal procurement. Rebuilt the bid function by overhauling content, introducing templated responses, and creating a reusable bid library. Improved win rates from a run of losses to 60–70%, consistently exceeding the £1.3m annual revenue target. Secured landmark wins including Morgan Stanley (five-year £1.2m sealed bid against a long-term incumbent), ASDA, Sheffield City Council, UK Fire Service, Berwin Leighton Paisner, Diageo, Goldman Sachs, and Hutchison 3G.
