My main area of focus was to prioritise the needs of Pandora consumers by championing digital solutions that enhanced their in-store experience. These solutions included jewellery engraving, loyalty programs, and queue management tools, among others. Throughout my tenure, I successfully helped implementing the Agile methodology across Retail, Marketing, and Digital teams. This involved guiding initiatives from discovery to scoping, analysing, managing roadmaps, ensuring technical development, testing, release, and further development. My ability to manage diverse teams and execute complex projects while maintaining a sharp focus on customer needs led to measurable success and business growth. My key responsibilities included: - Continuously monitoring industry trends and leveraging insights from other retailers to inform and enhance our digital strategy. - Leading and contributing to the development of Retail Customer Engagement digital roadmaps globally, within our Consumer Agile Release Train. - Collaborating closely with technical teams to implement new functionality, prioritise changes and improvements, and perform thorough analysis and bug fixing. - Building and maintaining strong working relationships with key business and technology leaders, as well as industry experts and partners. - Operating in alignment with our established Agile methodology, guiding initiatives with scoping, business analysis, and business case development to ensure the successful delivery of digital solutions across Retail, Marketing, IT, and eCom.
