Product manager for rollout of M365, a $1.6 Mil project. Included adoption, automation, training, documentation, and roadmaps. This required both strategic and technical input. The project was delivered under budget and with an expanded scope. Managed and delivered rollout of a self-service product for managing Profiles across Active Directory, Azure AD, and M365 Worked with internal and external teams to align product goals and principles with organizational goals Worked closely with the Engineering, Aerospace, and HR teams to deliver compliant, secure, and useful knowledge management solutions, ensuring information was easily accessible and protected Implemented Data Loss Prevention across the business, significantly improving information and data security Product leadership for software delivery teams using agile development methodologies Developed or oversaw development of multiple automation processes using Power Platform Apps and Workflows to replace manual processes or outdated technology. This includes developing an Onboarding solution, Emergency Services Training and Compliance; Operational terminal checklist app, a COVID-19 tracking app and many more Controlled license management for M365 products Continuous partnership with Microsoft to meet strategic goals. Implemented and led the Power Platform Centre of Excellence, ensuring principles and processes for automation were followed. Encouraged experimentation. Key stakeholder in the βPower Squadβ. Focused on automating Airport Operational processes, with a goal to deliver 20+ applications per month
