Responsible for researching, ordering, organizing, preparing, and caring for new and/or updated library books.
In charge of creating, posting, and maintaining the Media Center Appointment Schedule through Google Calendar by way of appointments arranged to the school bell schedule.
In charge of creating, posting, and maintaining the Computer Lab Appointment Schedule through Google Calendar by way of appointments arranged to the school bell schedule.
First point of contact for all technological troubleshooting at the building prior to contact to the Tech Center. Items troubleshooted and/or fixed onsite: Projectors, Smartboards, Desktops, Laptops, Chromebooks, iPad, Printers, Speakers, Auditorium Sounds System, etc..
Assists teachers and staff with provided technology; hosting one-on-one sessions to teach staff how to use Google and School Programs.
Assists teachers and students with finding information for lessons, reports, research, and reading.
Assists teachers in designing/creating lessons involving the use of hard copy materials.
Assists teachers in designing/creating lessons on how to use 3D design programs to print items on the school’s 3D printer
Propose, promote, operate, and manage Media Center Fundraisers including; School Store, Penny Wars, Scholastic Book Fairs, Reading Competitions, etc..
Works with and supports the Office Staff, MYP & PYP Coordinators, and Counselors as needed.
Certified yearly as support for students’ medical needs.
Update information and add new books into the L4U system
Responsible for the operating the Circulation Desk in the Media Center
Responsible for yearly Media and Technology Inventories.
Install IB Program at the School and label books
